In our business, more than most, the old adage "The devil is in the details" is very true. The extent to which your scanning and conversion vendor pays attention to the details will largely determine the success of your project. We ensure that we pay close attention to the details.

We treat every project as unique.

Even though different projects may have similarities, each project has unique aspects. Many of our competitors have a "general market" focus (i.e. legal, medical or real estate) and provide "cookie cutter" services. We peel the onion and provide specific solutions by considering everything, including the following:

• Who needs to use the documents?
  
• How will users access the documents (LAN, Internet, CD/DVD, some combination of these or something else)?
  
• How will users find the specific document they are looking for?
  
• Once found, what do users want to do with the document (revise it, search within it, print it, view it on screen, etc.)?
  
• What are the file size implications?
  
• What is the target digital format? (If Adobe PDF, which type - there are many "flavors" of PDF. As an Adobe certified ASN - Adobe Service Network provider, we really know about and understand the differences)
  
• What are the file naming or indexing (metadata) requirements?
  
• How will the storage and retrieval of digital images affect the rest of the IT infrastructure?
  
• How can a dysfunctional application be avoided? (There are far too many unfortunate stories about projects that did not work out - in fact we know of one project costing over three million dollars where not a single document was ever retrieved!)
  

We test and produce real samples.

Yes, we know it takes time and effort but it is necessary for ensuring a successful project.

We provide a formal proposal (including price quotes) only after we understand the project details.

Of course we can develop budgetary estimates before all project details are known, but we don't want to provide you with unrealistic information.
